Smile How much Hp will this exhaust add to my car

I have decided to go with a Dynomouth, but I will only add the dynomax bullet, to the stock exhaust... and remove the dyno max super turbo muffler 2.5 inlet that I have now
how much hp should I expect to gain with the bullet muffler and no muffler on the back of the car?

I have long tubes
Custom programing
160 thermostat
Air foil
No cat
CAI
Super turbo muffler, to be removed

Probably nothing noticable, if at all. Sorry.

Get a cutout if you want the best flow. Get a muffler for the sound you want.

Damn...now i see why Trey has so many posts...I think you've posted in every thread I've ever read.

and some twice

he might have too much exhuast pushing his powerband up higher than he can rev-
long tubes, ! cat and free flowing muffler is almost perfect IMHO

Yea but definetly not a muffler with a 2.5in inlet. Take the turbo muffler off and put the bullet muffler on yuor stock 2.75in i-pipe. You will probably gain a little bit for sure.

Thanks, Will the car be louder than a flowmaster muffler, if I go with the Dynobullet>?

Trey. the dynomax super turbo isn't a straight flow muffler, like borla or a LM
maybe 7 hp gains?

nope
i wouldn't be suprised if you lost

the BEST setup for our cars seems to be middies, stock catback and good muffler with no cat.

Your exhuast flows plenty for stock heads/cam/rockers/na

Ramair95TA is trapping 109 with middies, gutted cat, muffler
he lost with a cut out.
he has bolt ons.

Long tubes are a bit much for a stock motor. My exhaust has been planned out for SLP 1 3/4" shorties, removable cat (with bolt in off road pipe), 4" custom exhaust.

For a stock motor id sell those long tubes and get some 1 3/4 shorties, off road y pipe, and a 3 inch exhaust. Get a cut out if you think you need it and run a test dyno to see if you pick up or lose HP with it open. Im sure you will gain upper HP and the lose of low end TQ but its your call.

shorties are a bit small..
MAC and AS&M seem to be the way to go.
once cams heads and rockers get swapped, its all LT

btw-
why shorties and 4'' catback?

how can you say MAC's and AS&M's are the same, one is 1 5/8" the other is 1 3/4", besides the fact that they are "considered" midlength, SLP and AS&M would make more sense they are both midlength and 1 3/4"
I'm just being picky on the details

Is that why the fastest bolt on LT1's are running Longtubes
