Again, how do you know that that's the actual compression? Kinda tough to go that low with an LT1 stroker and flat-tops. What pistons? Any block decking?

Anyone ever tell you that you have a very odd name?

Good point....the compression specs for pistons are given at 0 deck hight. With the standard SRP flattops that I am using along with block decking and stock GM gaskets (.042) and with my 68cc chambers gives me right at 11:1. I would think your compression would be at least 10.5:1 with flatops.

What compression do you suggest? I would probably change the cam to on step higher, but like you said I need emissions. I would also prolly go with bigger injectors.
Well between 10.5:1 and 11:1, but like was stated earlier....you should be in that range with flattop pistons and stock head gaskets. Do you know your chamber size?

As far as the cam goes....I cant garantee that the 224/230 will pass. Im not concerned because I know it will be close and I can make it pass with Tunercat if I have to I know the cc305 will pass and its 220/230 but thats not much different from the hotcam. Again , the hotcam will suffice .

Do the bigger injectors....36# if you can afford them but the 30# should work for ya.

Yep.... of course that's not my real name, just a name I picked up somewhere back in the late 70's before the Apple Mafia and all those other little spin-off groups came along. Back in the days when a modem was considered high-tech candy for the few who had them.

If you have no idea what I'm talking about then don't worry, we'll just leave it at..... yeah, that's a strange screename.
