How much fuel pressure on stock LT1's??

Question How much fuel pressure on stock LT1's??

I have a 96 Camaro SS and was wondering what fuel pressure these cars run at stock???

At idle, with vacuum compensation line off the fuel pressure regulator, you should see 43.5psi, +/- 2.5psi, so anything from 41-46psi is OK. Reconnect the vacuum line, and fuel pressure should drop proportional to intake manifold vacuum.... a 6 to 8psi drop from the "no vacuum" reading is normal with a stock cam, a little less drop with a more radical cam.

Then take it out on the road, and up to max rpm/max load, and fuel pressure should hold within 2psi of the "no vacuum" reading.
