I have moved my radiator into the vetical position with the Griffin 25241 radiator. Now I need some fans to fit.. Just how much CFM do I need? No AC.. On th stock fans do they both cool the engine or does the other only come on when ac is on to cool the condencer? A single 1250CFM will not do the job will it? Most guys who have done this mod use FLEX 220 but those fans will contact my in/out on the rad...


I'm kind of lost as to use pusher or puller fan or fans....

The stock programming on your 94 turned the 1st fan (or low speed, depending on whether you have an "early" or a "late" production model) on at 226*F and the 2nd fan (or high speed) at 235*F. The 1st fan or low speed also turned on with the AC. Since the AC condensor and the radiator are "stacked" in the stock configuration, the stock fan setup supported both the radiator and the AC.
