How much does spray hurt an LT1?

Recently I bought a 1994 Firehawk, excellent condition, runs very strong now that the plugs are changed, no misses, but when i was changing the plugs I noticed that NGk TR-6's were in there gapped aroung .35-.41. Unless im crazy, thats the gap .37 to use for nitrous, and also I think that TR-6's are used in nitrous setup, plus there is a NX sticker under the hood. Previous owner said he just put the sticker on??.... Now my question is, how bad could the spray have hurt the engine??...It has 99,000 miles on it.....any input would be great.

you had part of the answer in your hands, what did the plugs look like when you pulled them?

As long as he didn't use too big of a shot you should be ok as long as he was responsible with it. And if the motor does go out on ya...no biggie. Just build a 383.

i have been running a 150 shot for almost 2 years, and no problems, car still traps 107.5 n/a and is only a bolt on LT1,and that was in 90°+ temps.

Just went with a 175 hit last night and went 11.0's.

Well, look for additional clues...brackets or screw holes in the spare tire well, switches in the ashtray, lines, hidden solenoids, etc. If a car has had a properly set up n20 systen on it, usually at least one of these clues will be left behind when it is removed.
Anyways, it doesnt really matter at all if its been sprayed...if it was responsibly and properly done.

From: looking for a flow bench so Brook and I can race
its only bad for it if he messed it up (ie lack of fuel)

I was more upset when my car came with 17'' chrome wheels and a system
