How much does a LT1 and 4L60E weigh?

How much does a LT1 and 4L60E weigh?
I know there was just a weight topic on the rear and this site here:

Listed the weight of alot of things including a LS1 with an auto tranny but i was just wondering if a LT1 is much different.

Well, I think the 4L60E weighs in somewhere around 150-175.
A full longblock LT1 probably comes up to somewhere around 350-375, I would think.
So, around 500 pounds would be my best guess, maybe add some for the fluids.
