how much cfm can you get out of stock heads?

how much cfm can you get out of stock heads?
just wondering how well you can get stock heads to flow? anyone have a flow sheet or any info?

with porting or not?

I've seen 275-285cfm with big valves and porting....

Some people claim 300cfm.

You can some searches on this and see a lot of results.
