How to modify Holley TB so that the baldes will close 100% everytime?

Does the AS&M and the LPE/Accel have the IAC port opened to the main plenum like this?

I had asked this in a post about all the other aftermarket TB's but no one ever said where these 2 brands did or not.

I don't have the slightest idea what the AS&M or Accel/LPE have in the way of idle passages. But then I've used both the BBK and Holley with no idle problems, so I never even looked to see what they have or don't have.

Ok, today I decided the pedal was a little too stiff, so I took the TB off and made another mod.
Since it originally only had 3 holes to adjust spring tension, and it was on the last one, and winding the spring one full turn made the pedal too stiff, I drilled 2 more adjustment holes exactly 1/2 turn around from the first hole, which put the spring leg right in front of the stop screw, so I added one more directly behind the stop screw, but putting the spring in the front hole is working perfectly and the pedal is not stiff either...
Here's 2 pics of the extra adjust holes I added.
In the first pic, the holes on the left (at the bottom of the TB) are the original ones, the ones on the right (top of TB) are the ones I added with the spring installed in the one in front of the stop screw.

Now the Holley TB works beautifully

BBK has the same problem. I have a 58mm BBK. It started giving me that problem the same day I installed it. It went away for a month, now its back. It sticks and keeps me reved to about 2500RPM's until I smash the gas. Im gonna increase the spring load and hope that works. What bothers me is that its perfectly fine with the engine off.
