How many sensors?

I am almost ready to do an engine swap and I was wondering how many sensors do I have to worry about switching over from my old engine to my new engine? I am contemplating whether or not I am going to swap everything from my old engine to my new engine. or possibly set up as many sensors as I can while the engine is still on the engine stand, to help expedite the engine swap process (I'm trying to do it as fast as possible, because not only is the car my daily driver and i'll be without a car while I'm doing the swap, but the shop I'm doing it in charges by the hour).

I'm thinking I could assemble as much as I can and purchase a wiring harness, so that way the only thing I have to do is swap the a/c system, pullies, power steering pump, alternator, and starter.

and how long did it take you guys/gals, who have done this, to complete the engine swap?

Thanks for any info

Re: How many sensors?

Purchasing a wiring harness (plus buying sensors) would far outstrip what it would cost you hourly to plug in a few sensors. Just swap the stuff, IMO.
