Yep, just two of those things.
A little tip, spray some penetrating fluid on there the night before you go to change them. Then let the car run for a little bit before you change the sensors. The heat in the exhaust will expand the metal and make it a little easier to get them out.
Be sure to buy or borrow one of those O2 sensor sockets.
