shouldnt take you longer than 3-4 hours, but im not a good person to ask because i dropped a valve
i ended up doing heads/cam while i was into it.

I just swapped my 1.6's for 1.5's to get them off new ones on adjusting and taking the alt. off and on to get the passanger valve cover off and back on.... took me about 2 hrs total... took some time because the valve cover gaskets " made of rubber" like to come off.... i just used some gasket sealer just to hold the sucker on there for 5 seconds while i put the cover back on.

I think I had a half hour per side tops.

gaskets are the biggest hassle when putting the covers back on

I used some high tach sealant to hold them into the cover. worked MUCH better

it should take you a few hours to change springs and rockers. i used compressed air and had to remove the headers to get the air fitting in the plug hole. perhaps the TDC method would be quicker?

i had the flexible hose too, but i couldnt get it to go straight and i was afraid of ruining the threads...so i just pulled the headers. but your headers may be different than mine, just giving you a heads up. any other questions feel free to shoot me pm.
