Well, i bought these 1.7 rr and heavy duty springs, but have not had time to do it. My question is, how long does it usually take, and how hard.

 

Depends on your tools....help.....and your skills my man. I would say an average mechanic with an average set of tools could do it from start to finish in like 8 hours. Thats comfortably, no rushing, from opening the hood to firing her up.

 

The rockers are simple and would maybe take 2-3 hrs at the most including setting the preload.

Its the springs that are a pain in the ***, especially with the heads on the car.
