Is that good? Are you running rich at all? Do you have cats? gassy smell? Smoke on start up? Whats your idle set at too?

Thats good for a stall as high as I have. No smoke on start up, and I have it running rich to be safe for the N20, I have the mufflex Y so no cats and I do smell like exhaust after I drive it around and sit in traffic. My idle is set to 900rpm, on cold starts in the morning sometimes I do smell gas. I just attribute that to the TR6 plugs not being able to completely ignite the mixture, also I have to let it warm up for a good 3mins before it even wants to move. Once its warm it runs fine with no gas smell.

VE tables run from 400 to 7000rpm. Alot of people use them to pull their BLM's closer to 128 at part throttle driving but you would need alot of data logging and a program like VE Master to accomplish this. VE tables are also used for WOT tuning which is why I said you needed a dyno or at least a wide band o2 sensor. I did not realize you were trying to fix your rich condition with the ve tables. Your problem is more mechanical related than you may think.
Given your pcm and all its sensors are working correctly you would not be running so rich because your pcm would be adjusting the mix for stoich regardless of your 306cam and its overlap. If it can't something is amiss besides your tuning.

My 383 runs slightly rich but I still get about 10 around town and low 20s on the highway.

On the turnaround,I am never in a hurry so I tell them in advance that I am not in a hurry, it still only takes a max of a week for my tune to get to me.

Yes they adjust the VE tables.
