I have Manley H-beam forged rods, and I was wondering if they are the 8740 ARPs or if they were upgraded to the 2000's or L19's. I was wondering if there's any way to tell the difference just by looking at them. Thanks.

 

I hate to almost say this, but look at the bolt head. My 8740's were stamped 8740, and now my L19s are labeled L19.

 

No marking on the bolt heads. Bolts are probably 4+ years old, so maybe something changed in that time. Any other visual differences? Color maybe?
