When for a cruise last night and when I got on it I busted a radiator hose. The temp just barely got into red for maybe 20 seconds before I shut it down. Tow cost me $85 . So should I worry about the head gasket?

 

Should be OK if it was just a few seconds. Its never a good thing and its like rolling dice

 

Thanks for reply. I would think prolonged red line temps would damage but not 20 seconds worth.
