How hard to change wheel studs?

How hard and how long will it take to change all my wheel studs to longer ones?I bought some new rims but not happy with the offset,so I will be putting some spacers on.I have access to an arbor press at work so that won't be a problem.I know the rears you have to pull the axles but what about the front(didn't really look at them yet).My studs are 1 5/16 long but only an inch of it is threaded.Where can I get some longer studs for our cars?Has anyone done this?Just wanted some insite before I do anything. Thanks for your replies in advanced.....John

For the front, all you need is a hammer.
Have fun.
