How hard is it to change the gasket on my headers?

Is it a hard/long job to replace them? I was thinking about unbolting them and move them just a little and change it and bolt them back on will this work or will i have to completely remove the headers? Is there any special oil or cream that i have to put on the new gaskets?

loosen bolts. Remove old gasket. clean surfaces (denatured alcohol works great). slide new gasket in, retighten bolts.

Just thought I'd add that using Fel-Pro gaskets makes changing them a lot easier. Since the holes on both ends of the gasket are slotted, you can leave both end bolts in the header and just slide a new gasket in.
