How hard is it to change alternator fan/pulley

I have the chance to get a chrome alternator fan and pulley. How hard is it to change this myself, I plan to polish my alternator pretty good, and I think a chrome fan and pulley would be a nice touch. Thanks.

When I put my underdrive pulley set on I looped the old belt over the alt. pulley and used a pipewrench to keep it from turning so I could get the nut loose.

Yup! Its a two man job! I did the same as Lunarson when I swapped out my alt. pulley at it works great.
