How to get the throttle and cruise cable off the bracket?

How to get the throttle and cruise cable off the bracket?
Looked at shbox.com and he says to remove some pin, but I don't understand at all what pin he's talking about. There's one clip that seems to slide up and allow the cable to slide forward and backward, but what pin allow you to remove the cable out the side of the bracket? Thanks.

Thanks again... found the correct pin to push in. I'm a pretty black n white guy, so I'm kinda hard headed when it comes to following directions.
