How to get off wiper arm?

How to get off wiper arm?
On the driver side wiper arm, I took the 1/2 nut off, and it doesnt want to come off, is there a special tool for it? If not what do I need to do. Thanks

The manual shows a puller that just hooks under it with a 2 prong fork and uses the stud to pull it off. Tool # J39637.

Try a battery terminal puller (the one for top mounted terminals).
