How Fast to make it go round

If i got the cc305 or the cc503 (which is the same as the xe 224/230 right?) how fast would i have to spin the motor? I do what to spin it much faster then stock but i want the most gain.

CC305 is more of a mid-ranged cam.

My old 224/230 cam or the 503 however you want to name it,
Makes power great to about 6200. That is where I shifted it most of the time.
Liked it alot and made great low-end power too!!!

Can Both these cams pass emissions with a good tune and if not how far off are they?
