An LT4 is basically a heads, Cam, Intake, LT1 THERE are other differences (I know!), But those are the major differences.

All the LT4 parts can be gotten through your local GM dealer, but there is MANY online GM dealers that sell way cheaper than your average Chevrolet Dealer.

In My Opinion, If I was going to do a full LT1 rebuild I'd do something way more radical than the LT4 stuff, Yes it a good package, but you make more power, cheaper, using ported LT1 heads, port match the LT1 intake, and bigger cam.

BTW: Have you ever done this sort of thing Before?
