How easy it is to change the tranny's 5th gear?

How easy it is to change the tranny's 5th gear?

Has anyone done this? I would love to stick in a 0.84 gear from the corvette z06 there..

Any thoughts?? THX

You might be able to use the 5th and 6th gear out of the M29, but I wouldnt think that you can use the Z06 gears. It isnt a normally place trany.

I dont know about the intearnals, but the corvette tranny is mounted at the back to the rear end. I would question the possibility. The 93 m29 had a .8 fifth and .62 sixth so that might get you about what you want if you use the fifth out of a m29. I cant gaurantee you can even transfer those but I would imagine you could.
