How to drain windshield washer fluid?

How can I drain the windshield washer fluid???? Does it have a plug, or am I going to have to stick some kind of syphon in there?

Thanks

I would guess your best bet would be to syphon it out. If there even is a plug, I think it'd be hard to get to and possibly very messy with it being behind the radiator and everything else.
