I know that you have to spils the wires, but which O2 dose it connect to? Anyone have installtion intrucstions? I'm think about buying a air/fuel for my car and I'm intrested to know how it hooks up before I buy it.

You don't have to hook the wire at the 02's. Instead you can run the wire into the pcm location. Fine the grey connection (C) and then look for a purple or purple/white wire these will be your 02's for each side. Use a wire tap connection and that will be it.

Air/fuel ratio gauge

to this you need about an hour to an hour and a half i installed on in my 1994 you have to splice in to the O2 sensor closes O2 to the block you splice into the white wire. you might only have one O2 sensor on your maniflod(unless you have headers) then you might have relocated the O2 back further) because i do dont know if 95s came with one or more O2 sensors. it should not take you long after that to set it up

Just splice into the purple wire near the PCM. There should be a bunch of wires near the PCM that is in a black wire tube. Find the purple one and splice into it.

The O2 sensor wires are pins C8 and C20 on the PCM. One is purple, the other is purple/white. You can splice into either one, but then you will only "see" one bank/side of the engine. You can run a wire from each sensor wire to a single pole/double throw switch, and then a single wire to the purple wire on the A/F gauge, and you will be able to switch between left and right banks of the engine.

Do not splice directly into the wires connected to the sensors. Splice into the harness anywhere between the harness connector for the sensor, and the PCM.

You will also need +12V switched source and a ground.

And, when you get all done, you aren't going to have a very useful gauge. In closed loop - idle and part load - the gauge will swing wildly from lean to rich and back again.... not much more than a psychedelic light show. At WOT, the gauge will indicate a steady "rich".... but the stock, narrow-band sensors are not really all that accurate at the A/F ratio you want at WOT.
