How do you test sparkplug wires?
I was wondering how you test your spark plug wires? We put up volt meter and read the instructions and tested the ohm's. Directly touching the terminals togher resulted in 0. When I test one wire it was at ten (long one), but the coil wire was at 15(a litter longer that the first). Is that the corect way?

You put your meter lead on each end of the wire and read resistance (sounds like you might have done it right). What was the scale at on the meter? Was that 10 ohms or 10k ohms? What kind of wires are they?
Well I believe we had the switch on R-1k, So when it was reading 10 I assume it was 10k. The wires well they are some old as wires, napa brand. They are on my ranger, and have been there since I got the truck, 3 years ago.

Measuring the resistance is one way of telling if the wire is good. It may have continutity, but still leak spark out of a crack in the insulation. The resistance value will increase with the length of the wire. Most stock type wires have high values (upwards into 20k-30k ohms for long ones). Aftermarket wires are usually lower resistance.
If they check ok and you still have problems, check them in the dark like SWINGRRR suggested.
