All pretty and shiny under the car cover.

Wow, you guys start early up there. My traditional start date has been right after thanksgiving the last couple years

I just fill the tank, add fuel stabilizer and disconnect the battery. It's usually up on jackstands too most of the winter since I'm always working on something over the winter.

Hey Grip, IMHO you should at least run your car every week until operating temp is reached. If at all possible, drive the car around the block a few times to make sure that everything is still lubed up. You could have a really troublesome spring replacing gaskets and seals that dried out and cracked over winter. Trust me, it's not cool at all replacing main seals and gaskets in spring.

Mine is easy, 1. drive in garage, 2. put the cover on it and see it next spring. All other cars I had I never did anything but that and never had a problem.

When using jackstands for winter storage. Just jack up the car so the weight is of the tires.Meaning their still touching the pavement.
