i think the computer always resets it to zero when you shut off the car so just bolt it on and go.

You may have to drill out the holes for the tps sensor alittle, that way you canmove it from side to side untill it reads zero. I had to do this when I upgraded my TB to a 58mm. I'm guessing your using auto-tap or somthing else to see where it's it??

With a stock TB, you don't need to adjust anything. The TPS is not adjustable unless you slot the mounting holes as previously stated.

OK so just bolt it on and go.

If it needed to be slotted then the factory would of slotted it I feel.

Turbo is right, just bolt it on. When you first turn your ignition on the pcm resets it to zero.

Every time you turn the key ON, the pcm reads the voltage with the TPS closed. It then "sets" that as 0% throttle for all calculations during that driving cycle. As long as the initial voltage is between .3 and .9 volts, things are ok.
