Evidently your timing dots aren't lined up on the timing chain. Otherwise, timing is controlled by the PCM.

As long as the cam gear dot and crank gear dot line up as they come around facing each other (#6 TDC), that part is fine.

Is this correct yes or no??

When the 2 dots lined up.. The #1 one piston was on the compresion stroke and was starting to blow my finger out of the spark plug whole... When The two dots where perfectly alined I slid the old cam out and slid the new one in.
