I am putting in new bulbs but how do I pull the top part of the dash out near the dash board? I feel like I am going to break it when I pull. Help.

 

its sucks to remove the top peice its got three lock in retainers you have top put a flatblade in and gently pop em out or you'll break your dash like i did when i did my gauges, the lock in are only on the front the sides are held on by the molding and the rest by velcro.
