How do I know if my opti. is gone?
Well if your O2's are throwing a code after a minute or so of run time and your car begins to run poorly at about the same time I would guess there is your problem, not your opti. About a minute or so is what it would take for your BLM's to climb and then max out and throw a code. I would guess your PCM wouldn't have a clue what to do and send you into "safe mode" which run like crap. Hope that helps.
quicksilver, the car runs fine except when i am stopped at a light or in park. My BLM'S are maxed out and we cannot find out what is causing this. PCMforless has a copy of my dyno and around 5k rpm's my a/f starts to go up, thats why he said he wanted to add fuel to the car, but, my shop also said that maybe i need to add fuel to the car as well to stop this code throwing. So hopefully i can kill 2 birds with 1 stone when they send me the tune. I do not have a way to check my fuel pressure either.
