How do I fix sagging doors

My drivers side door is sagging by about 10 mm. Do I just replace the hinges or is the body bent?

In my experiences with cars sagging doors means worn out hinges. Most of the time they sell bushing kits to repair the hinge. I would look at the hinge first.
