My 96 Formula has nice cold air, but it just doesn't move enough of it. The fan is almost new (been in maybe 4 months) and it's better than the old one.

My Wifes 01 Camaro V6 is ICE COLD and will blow you into the back seat it feels like... Her air feels colder and the fan moves more air.

My car is white with charcoal interior and it takes longer to cool off than her red with black/charcoal interior.

I wonder if it's the duct work in the dash that makes a difference?

A/C temp should be 40 degrees less than the current outside air. This is the spec garages use.
I have a black roof and my A/C cools the car off in a matter of a minute. That's in South Florida where the heat index is around 100 everyday. I turn it too the second fan position for normal Florida days.
One of the best AC I've owned in a car.

My a/c is pretty cold and takes no more than a minute or two to cool off the car.

I can't leave my windows cracked during work because I drive truck and if I leave them cracked and it starts raining I could be 100 miles away and my interior gets soaked. This actually happened before, but luckily I wasn't that far away. I think I found my problem though. I left the thermometer in the car today during work, and when I got in it was 132 degrees in the car! I think there's an outline of the shifter burned on my hand now, lol. Anyway I made thin sheets of metal to put in the T-tops to stop light from coming thru and all the windows are tinted but the windshield hopefully this helps alittle. The A/C was actually blowing 50 degrees in about 2 minutes, but I just could never tell over the 132 degree temperature in the car. Also, the vents in the Camaro suck, there too small and don't aim right. So basically my problem is not the A/C, but I really appreciate everyones help. Thanks.

My car is black and the ac blows cold but the black paint keep it hot. My old camaro had 5% tint that kept the heat out of the car, and it froze my ***** off. (it was black too) Didn't tint this one, cops target tinted cars, Suck!!! Dumb pigs
