how to change Head Gasket??? ATTn: Joe (smoke T/A)

I need a detailed write up on how to change a head gasket?? A buddy of mine at at work, needs it. I said I can get one. Dont let me down guy's!

well, the hard part is getting everything thats in the way off(manfiolds and intake) Shoebox has a good write up on how to get the intake off(under his cam removal write up)
