How big of a cam?

How big of a cam can i run safely on stock valve springs on stock heads, not milled? will the cc306 be ok with 1.6 RR's? Also will my valves clear my pistons ok with this came?

no... you need to do springs with any cam swap. Even the hotcam needs new springs.
