after engine install throttle body will not fully close found barral on traction control keeping throttle open. on black cover states see service manual to adjust. does anybody know how to adjust so throttle can close

 

According to the book, be sure the CC cable is on the pulley farthest from the motor. The throttle cable from the pedal goes on the second one from the motor and throttle cable from the throttle body goes on the one next to the motor. The smaller 3rd pulley is not used if there is one.

Unlock the throttle body and CC cable adjusters by pulling up the locking tabs. Now hold the throttle plate at the TB closed. Now move the cable adjusters back or forward to loosen or remove slack as needed. Now lock the adjusters down.
