15mpg city / 19mpg hwy with my 383 LE2 6 speed. It has 4.33 gears also. I keep blowing header gaskets, so I am sure it could get better yet.

thats pretty good tqdrivenws6. good mpg for what youve got. i had a 95z with bolt ons, a4 w/2200, and 4.10 gears and i thought my 20mpg on the way back from michigan was really good. its good to see some of what people are getting when you want to drive your car all the time and have fun at the same time

I dont know about you guys, but I dont mod my camaro for gas milage, I do it for power. If you're worried about mpg, get a beater, thats what I did 30mpg beater = I dont care if I get 10mpg in the camaro when its all done

I disagree. There are enough 30 mpg Camaros and Trans Ams on this board that I wouldn't mind joining that club too.

Yes but non of them is 11 sec car (like my car). I can get 23-26 mpg on the highway, but city driving is much much different...

good grief not that again. why can you not have a fast car and fuel mileage too? i dont understand the problem. if i wanted a race car it would be a different story, but i would like to have a nice, fun street car. thanks.

Re: how about some mpg #s

No way you can get that out of 400RWHP h/c F body. Unless your city driving is mostly highway city (not stop and go all the time), or you are driving like my grandma
My car has all new oxygen sensors and fuel filter, plugs, wires, and was dyno tuned by Bryan from pcmforless and I cant even get close to that. My highway MGP is excellent 23-25MPG, but city MPG sucks a donkey *****
