I am in the midst of my hotcam and longtube install and was wondering if the hypertech programing would help or hinder the performance. I will be getting LT1 EDIT in the future so its only for a short time.

For all those that have said the HPP is crap, do you actually know this for a fact or is it just hear say? Not trying to start a flame, but I want to really know. This is because I have a HPP with a custom supercharger cartridge and my car runs great ( It ran great until the diafram went bad in the FMU and caused a lean condition). I also have long term reliablity with the computer tune of the HPP. I was able to verify this with a DYNO tune. Those are my real world, first hand knowledge of the HPP. It also has a feature on mine to setup the computer to a different cam if I ever out one in. My cam is still stock so I never changed it so I don't know how a HPP would perform with a aftermarket cam, only with a supercharger. Just my dealings with the HPP. Good luck.
