Hose with bleeder valve is leaking...how do I fix?

Here is a pic of it. Its the bleeder valve closest to the battery, and goes into waterpump. Its leaking right where it goes into water pump.

i have a dremel...dont I have to dremed off the HOSE part, and then go buy some attachment that attaches it to the metal part? If so, what would this piece be called?

Thanks

Use a cut off wheel to remove the swaged (crimped) piece of metal. Don't cut through the interior of the pipe. Get your replacement elbow hose and use a regular hose clamp to hold it back on the pipe.

Ok cool...which arrow should I cut at? The blue, red, or green one? Or somewhere else?

And you said only cut the exterior of the metal..jes enough to get through?

Not at any of the arrows. You have to cut it lengthwise and then peel the whole thing off (it's like a shell). What I meant was don't cut into the metal of the hose that is under the rubber. That is the part you are going to clamp your new hose to.

You already are halfway there, since you have good access to it..

Cut the band clamp very carefully! from bottom to top[as shown in the pic you posted] just enough to see the black rubber of the underlying hose, and NO further..
Leave the end [bottom of band in pic] that 'rolls under' by the bleeder pipe alone, that'll snap off using this method..
Be aware that the bleeder pipe is soft aluminum, and it is very thin..
That said, all you need is a slot, and the rest cut most of the way thru, and then put a screwdriver in the slot that you cut, twist it, and it'll snap open any portions that you weren't able to cut thru..
I have done quite a few with this method, and didn't ruin any..
I did all the heater hose clamps this way on my car[not easy, but doable with patience]
