Horsepower Problem, Scanned Car, Observations....Need Expert Help!!..Long!

Got more scan data today, and noticed some interesting things.

First of all,
1.) No codes present
2.) Fuel pressure set at 43psi w/ vaccum hose off at idle(park), 40-41psi w/vaccum on at idle.
3.) Detected Quadrant Driver 1, malfunction, but no code. Book says DTC 26 would be set if bad, but no code.
4.) Noticed that fuel pump stays stuck when ingition is hot, (nevers stops priming!!) Only at times.

The scan...

At idle, all first start-up (car cool) it opened up in open loop. Noticed....
-IAC counts/position was at 40, and stayed there as it search for 650 rpm at idle/no load.
-LT BLM were stuck at 108 (left & Right)
-ST BLM were at 122 (left & right)
-O2 Mv's hovered between 450-550 mv's (perfect A/F ratio)and were active.
-Coolant Temp - 180-188 Deg.

....well it never went to closed loop until I put it on drive (load)....noticed....On Drive & Closed Loop.
slow increase in coolant temp
-Coolant Temp at 195-200Deg.
-IAC counts between 120-130, while it searched for a set 950rpm idle (set by Bryan) & consistent at that point, never fluctuated.
-LT BLM were stuck at 108 (left & right)
-St BLM hovered around 110-112 (left & right)
-O2 mv's hovered around 550 - 600 (left & right) and pretty active.

as it continued to idle on drive (w/load) I noticed it going richer.....

-Coolant temp at 200-205Deg (never got hotter)
-IAC counts increased to 160, remained rather constant. Idle rpm remained around 925-975.
-LT BLM remained at 108 (left & right)
-ST BLM hovered between 80 - 110 (left)& 40 - 60 (right.
-O2 mv's hovered around 700-750 (left)& 750-850 (right).

then I got scared.......as I put it back on Park (no load) scan data showed. back to OPEN LOOP.
-IAC counts 40-60.
-LT BLM remained at 108 (left & right)
-ST BLM 110 (left)& 20 - 40 (right)
-O2 MV's 550-650mv (left) & 700-850 (right).

What can you gather from this data? What should I look for. It looks like my BLM's split under increased time under closed loop conditions.

What causes this? Need Expert help!!!1
Thanks in Advance.

the 108 BLM is telling you the car is very rich and pulling out as much fuel as the computer will allow... probably more if it could.

the O2 mV should range from 0-900 in closed loop... part of this reason its not on your car could be your lack of heated O2 sensors in 93 cars. If you havent converted then look into that.. it will make life a little easier for you.

have you tried VEmaster? if you are referring to Bryan Herter.. ask him about it. what youll need is a fairly extensive datamaster log which captures most of the engines cells or fuel map range. this would be idle to WOT and all in between. you then use VEmaster and it will adjust your VE tables to the ideal 128. you are lucky... the program supposidly only works on speed density computers and from what i hear it does a great job!

How do 02's sensor's work?

Do they only give good/accurate readings until they are fully heated up? Or do they just require that heat to continoulsy shoot out readings?

It doesn't make sense because at start-up my 02's are really active at colder tempatures. The car has a hard time getting into closed loop, but it usually does when it is under load, and all sorts of funny things beging to happen. Car idles fine but rather erratic it cant decide between 900-1000 rpm idle when it was programed for 950rpm. Exhaust begins to smell really bad, and changes cadence, much like a poorly tuned car will sound.

In open loop the exhaust has a rumpety bassy sounds, while in closed loop, in sounds muffled, kind of slurred.

Does anyone know how to convert to heated 0'2's.

I am still waiting for my AKM cable to use Datamaster / Freescan.

Please very Desperate.......
