Do you have any existing mods done? With the amount you have saved, you can get a good catback exhaust system or a cold air intake and have some money left to spare.

You might still get some gains if you went with a full catback exhaust versus the muffler alone. A couple other mods that would fall in your price range would be rocker arms and springs, a PCM tune, or an electric water pump.

Don't know all the mods you have, but you could do a couple of free one's. Port your MAF then do the throttle body bypass when you swap the 58mm in. If you have the stock diameter exhaust pipe 2.75" you could go with a good 3" cat back system. You may be able to find just the 3" pipe to run from the Y-pipe to your flowclogger (yeah I got one of those flowstoppers also). Check Dynomax's stuff, I think they sell just the pipes. Then again $360 is a long ways toward long tube headers (if you can get by emissions) or a good set of shorty headers. You could also get a good mail order tune from PCMforless or MadZ28 for less than $200.
