Hooker style LT

How do you seal the removeable tube on a header styled like the hooker?

just push it in, i have jet hots with the same style push in tube, it sealed just fine all by itself

I could never get mine to seal, but then again there was a lot of things on my car that didn't work just right. Try a band clamp with copper silicone.

I put some high temp orange RTV on mine, that's what Hooker recommended.
