Hooker LT's are on!

Well after a long three days the Hooker LT's with the Hooker Y-pipe and the Hooker Cat back are on, along with new plugs and wires and distributor. Had to take the SC off and that cost me some time. I love the sound, not too deep but very mean. I'm sure that I can feel a gain in HP. Also put in a A/F gauge and I need some help here. At idle I'm about 14.5 and at WOT I'm at about 10.0. Also it runs at about 14 to 15 under normal driving. When you get off the throttle it shoots up to about 20.0 This is where I'm not very knowledgeable. What kind of numbers should I be getting?

Did you install a wideband O2 to drive the A/F gauge? If not then you can just ignore those numbers until you get some better data.

The was from Innovate, if thats the right spelling, and it came with an O2 and a bung that I installed just after the header.

ok that's good then. 10.0 is way too rich for wot. Ideally you want ~12.5 or even slightly leaner for max power. 14-15 is right on target for part throttle.

I'm not sure why it would shoot up to 20 (unless that's a false reading just caused by the sudden change or something).
