nope, I don't know if there is an option to order them with them or not though. I ordered mine from them and they didn't come with them. I had to weld them on myself..
might want to call and ask one of their customer service reps.

The O2 bungs??, not much at all I think they are like 2$ a piece, I could be wrong though.,
when you get the headers, just drill the whole where you want the O2 bung to be welded on at, and then take it to a muffler shop and have them weld it on for less than 10$..
