Hooker Catback vs. Aerochamber muffler
Hooker Catback vs. Aerochamber muffler
Well I've narrowed down my exhaust choice to either of the 2 above. I thought about saving money and going with just the aerochamber muffler (same one used in the hooker catback) and having it welded up to the existing pipes. Has anyone used a single inlet/outlet aerochamber with a single turndown? My car is lowered on sportlines and I don't really want to run the tips on the hooker catback, so that's kind of a waste of money to me. Is a single inlet/outlet aerochamber going to sound much different than the full hooker catback? Thanks.
I just have a magnaflow muffler. With the stock I pipe being 2.75 inches already, most of the gain is in the muffler. I may upgrade to a full 3 inch catback later, but not anytime soon. Just getting the muffler and tips you want saves a good deal of money.

That will get you there, then go to mufflers, down to hooker, down to aerochamber....
It's the one on the bottom of that page, part # HOK-21729
