Hood Latch

I disassembled my hood latch to sandblast and powdercoat, and now I can't figure out how the spring goes back on! Could somebody please take a good picture of their hood latch showing the spring so I can get this back together because I have to take my car to the exhaust shop in a few hours! Thanks!

Just curious, why did you !wipers. Guessing this isn't your daily driver. Also what did you do with the studs sticking out of the car. Did you take those out?

Re: Hood Latch

Got the spring figured out! No need to take pics for me anymore. I did !Wipers because when I was detailing my car I took the plastic cowl thing off and the wipers off to get back there, when I put the wipers on, I put them on in the down position.. What I forgot was that I had taken them off in an almost up position.. So I turn the car on, the wipers tried to return to off, and the motor f'ed up. I put the wipers back on the correct way, but the motor was just screwy, randomly came on and off, wouldn't turn off. So I just took the wipers off for the time being while I ordered a motor off ebay.. In the time that it took for the motor to arrive, my motor had somehow fixed itself, and now it is working fine.. Now my wipers are back on there, I just put the !wipers thing in as a joke, forgot to take it out
