Question honda oil for t-56

A friend told me to use Honda atf in my t-56 trans and it will shift better and will be more quiet , has any one used this stuff , is it compatible to Dextron trans fluid , and does it work better than Dextron ?
What does Honda call there atf fluid ?

You can try it. Many people have, and like it.

I used regular Dexron III ATF and am happy with it. Don't fix what ain't broke.

I've used it, it works great. I don't know what they call it, just go to your local honda dealer, try not to puke on the Element thay are bound to have in the showroom and ask for some Auto trans fluid. Leave quick before some ricer dork asks if your car "really has a V8?"

Its made for the continuously variable transmissions that they are putting in their luxury lines like Acura. I use the stuff. Its better, but not a cure-all. I recommend it due to the fact that it isn't much more expensive. Like $5 a qt. or something. Its good stuff. I believe it is called ZF something. Go to the dealer and tell them you need fluid for your CVT. They'll know.
