I'm going for flow #'s close to LE1, the intake side obviously isn't finished yet. I've been using:

- Did big long areas with high speed 1/4 die grinder with sanding rolls.
- Then detailing areas with dremel with grinding stone, standing wheels, carbide bits.
- Finished exhaust smooth with high grid dremel "flaps."

 

Mad props on the home porting! I would be too scared to f*** something up doing it by myself.

 

i got a junk set and practiced on those and i'm very happy with these so far.

 

I know you can't tell all from looks.. but man they look great!
