I took my TB off in order to clean the IAC motor and passages. Surprised I did not notice this before but when the flaps are opened fully they actually go a little past horizontal. Is this normal. Seems like this would be a performance issue. Also, I notice the little screws that hold the flaps to the shaft stick out a little bit. Has anybody replace these with some screws that have a little lower profile??? Any pictures???
