i'm planning on getting another set of LT's (coated this time) and I was wondering if the car would run without the front 02's connected. I would probably have to drive it about 200 miles back to school (b/c I would finish it up on sunday with class monday afternoon).

It'll run, with a SES light and it will stay in open loop.

 

It'll run but I wouldn't drive it 200miles if you value you hearing.

 

is it bad to run in open loop for a long time, mine always halls ***** right when I crank it. my o2s might be bad as it is

 

it shouldn't be any louder than it is now, it's not like i'll be running open headers. everything will be hooked up except the front o2 sensors.

 

No because all open loop is is you computer runs off saved fuel/air maps. The only thing that is bad about running in open loop is that you gas mileage will really really suck!

 

Ok then, you're fine. I misunderstood you, I thought you were driving 200miles on open headers. I had to do that for ~10miles and it was terrible...
